Randstad Professionals’ Hospitality & Luxury team, specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, is seeking a young and talented City Property Manager (Hospitality), for a short and medium-term Rental Company operating in Milan and Rome.

The Property City Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing a portfolio of short- and medium-term rental apartments in Milan. This role requires a combination of commercial, operational, and relationship management skills to ensure high-quality service for property owners and guests while optimizing financial performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming leads generated by marketing efforts and assess their suitability.
  • Conduct initial client calls to understand their needs and present the service offering.
  • Organize property visits with the Interior Designer to evaluate conditions and provide service details.
  • Prepare and send commercial proposals, including revenue estimates and setup costs.
  • Oversee the technical acquisition process managed by the Interior Designer.
  • Supervise the onboarding and signing of management agreements.
  • Ensure rental income aligns with projected expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, addressing concerns and coordinating necessary maintenance or improvements.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve property performance and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, or real estate (preferably).
  • Basic commercial acumen; extensive sales experience is not required.
  • Strong account management skills, including reliability, ownership, proactiveness, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with property owners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle complex situations and coordinate between owners and internal teams.
  • Strategic mindset with an understanding of business models and financial performance.
  • Strong numerical skills and ability to analyze business performance.
  • Ability to drive a scooter for property visits.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of residential maintenance is a plus.
