Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games. We are driven by the following values: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability. Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large‑scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national‑level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report different cluster working tables with internal FAs and/or local stakeholders representatives;
  • Support in developing an overarching Master Schedule for all the activities planned and ensure constant monitoring to promptly detect any delay or issues;
  • Manage relationships and operational links with internal FAs and Delivery Partners in charge of specific activities mapped in the City Operations Programme, within the plan of activities set up from City Operations Coordinator Veneto Region;
  • Ensure a highly successful City Integration function at all competition/non‑competition venues, and participate to each Event Operational Plan (EOP) development focusing on the Venue Approach process ingress and egress flows outside the venues;
  • Strictly cooperate with the Mico2026 FAs representative to approach Local Municipalities to solve potential issues.
Qualifications
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the services/activities that should be delivered by External Partners;
  • Ability to plan, manage, drive, monitor and report different cluster working tables with internal FAs and local stakeholders representatives;
  • Previous experience in relations with public/local authorities;
  • Good in relations and to manage several tasks;
  • Residence in the Milan or Verona cluster area;
  • Positive attitude in negotiating with External Partners, through the creation of an environment that encourages cooperation;
  • Project Management experience in Major events would be an asset to help perform the above duties;
  • Good knowledge of English is a must.
