If you are looking for a quick growth of responsibilities in Operations, this job is for you! You will be end-responsible for our food delivery operations in the city of Florence and Pisa. This means leading a team, connecting with the partner restaurants, owning the city delivery KPIs and taking strategic decisions to grow and improve the business in Florence and Pisa.

Before the hub launch : presence in Florence is required only a few days / or a few weeks - modalities to be defined.

After the hub launch (november) : full presence in Florence.

The company will provide a relocation package to be discussed.

To manage a smooth operation and grow the success, these are your responsibilities :

• Managing overall the operations of the cities
• Making sure daily tasks run smoothly by managing the shift-responsible team members
• Launch and manage the logistic hub of Florence
• Planning ahead in order to grow and improve the food delivery operations in your city
• Ensuring the city complies with company policies, procedures, rules and regulations and all applicable laws
• Overseeing the development and measurement of the city KPIs and drawing conclusions for strategic decisions
• Collaborating closely with HR, Business Planner, Continuous Improvement Specialists and Support teams
• Close working relationships with Sales, Disposition and Customer Service to ensure high Service Quality for Partner Restaurants
• Managing and building relationships with our partner restaurants and helping in resolving their questions in regards to deliveries
• Your profile
• Completed vocational training with working experience and / or university degree (engineering degree are nice to have but not must)
• Work experience in Operations
• Analytical mindset : you are good with data analysis and you are able to provide meaningful insights from data
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Previous experience in team management
• Near-) native level of Italian and fluency in English
• High level of service orientation
• Willingness to keep an eye on your phone and jump in when needed
