The role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the City Manager is a unique opportunity to join the Italian Commercial team.

You will build relationships with restaurant partners, enhance our customer proposition, and identify growth opportunities.

This role suits someone who enjoys relationship-building and data-driven insights.

Location : Genova or nearby cities

What you'll do :

• Become the local expert for your city(s), understanding the restaurant industry and representing Deliveroo locally.
• Use data insights to improve customer experience neighborhood by neighborhood.
• Manage top restaurant partners, lead negotiations, and optimize performance for growth.
• Collaborate with the local account manager to grow local hero brands.
• Identify and onboard new popular local restaurants.
• Develop local sales strategies, focusing on key value gaps.
• Enhance the local customer offering through market knowledge, improving selection and restaurant operations.
• Maximize marketing opportunities by encouraging restaurant participation.

Requirements :

• 3-4 years in account / relationship management, sales, or strategy roles.
• Results-oriented and target-driven.
• Proficient in analyzing restaurant and area performance data.
• Flexible working pattern : 2-3 days field-based, rest office / home.
• Strong relationship and communication skills via face-to-face, phone, or email.
