We are seeking an experienced Consulting Engineer – Networking to join our Professional Services team in Rome, Italy. The role focuses on designing, implementing, optimizing, and troubleshooting Cisco networking solutions for customers.

You will work with account teams and partners, translate business needs into technical designs, and deliver high-quality documentation, migration plans, and test environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in network engineering or consulting.
• CCNP or higher certification is required.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco networking products for customer environments.
• Translate customer requirements into practical network architectures.
• Develop high- and low-level designs, implementation plans, migration plans, and change management plans.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and identify root causes.
• Create design documentation and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with account teams, partners, and technical specialists.
• Provide input to Sales during presales activities.
• Create customer-facing technical documentation and knowledge-transfer sessions.
