• Providing friendly and helpful service to every customer, every time

• Staying organised and adaptable during huge trading events like Click Frenzy, Black Friday & Cyber Monday
• Contributing to sales and supporting your team to smash seasonal targets
• Working across registers, replenishment, and customer queries in a fast-paced environment
