Intaso is seeking a founding Chief Technology & Product Officer to unify engineering and product into a single platform, leading the integration of multiple stacks and product lines. The role is Europe-based with international relocation supported and reports to the CEO and investor.

You will drive architecture decisions, oversee a distributed, multi-country org, and partner with go-to-market teams to scale the platform across countries.

The Opportunity

A well-capitalised cybersecurity business is unifying multiple established engineering and product organisations into a single platform, backed by a leading growth investor with a clear value-creation runway. We are appointing the founding Chief Technology & Product Officer to own that unification and to scale the combined platform.

The Mandate

• Own product and engineering under one remit: the unified roadmap and the target architecture.
• Bring multiple technology stacks and product lines into one coherent platform — with the judgement to know what to integrate, what to rebuild, and what to leave alone.
• Build for how this business goes to market: partner-led and channel-delivered, mid-market, across multiple countries.
• Work directly with the CEO, the board and the investor to turn the thesis into shipped product and enterprise value.

Who we are looking for

Leaders who have genuinely done this, not sat inside a merger, but led one. You will have personally led the integration of two product-and-engineering organisations; deep engineering credibility; product leadership in cybersecurity or adjacent B2B SaaS; a feel for a channel and mid-market model; and the range to lead a distributed, multi-country organisation.

Scale is critical here: this business is in a critical phase of growth with roughly 250 heads across the technology functions. Therefore, relevant experience of integrating the teams whilst defining the processes and operating model for building and shipping software is a must.

Location & relocation

This role can be based in either France or Italy, with full international relocation supported from anywhere in the world.
