Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - OSL Pay

OSL Pay is at the forefront of innovation in the digital payments landscape, committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions that enhance user experience and drive operational efficiency. We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology and product development strategy and ensure alignment with our business objectives.

The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the organization and driving innovation to achieve technological excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO or General Manager, the CTO will collaborate closely with other executives to develop scalable, secure, and forward-looking tech solutions that support OSL Pay’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of new products, services, and systems to meet market demands and enhance user experience.
2. Supervise engineering, development, and IT teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery aligned with business goals.
3. Design and maintain the core platform architecture to support business operations, implementing new features and technical integrations.
4. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve competitiveness and efficiency in digital payments and cryptocurrencies.
5. Optimize system performance, manage uptime, and scale infrastructure to accommodate growth, ensuring current and future business needs are met.
6. Oversee cybersecurity strategies to protect data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
7. Develop and maintain ICT systems to ensure segregation and traceability of client assets in accordance with MiCAR.
8. Enable auditability and logging of transactions for regulatory recordkeeping.
9. Build and manage a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
10. Collaborate with ICT Security to ensure secure development practices throughout the technology lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar within fintech or digital payments sectors.
• Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and emerging technologies related to digital payments and cryptocurrencies.
• Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic mindset focused on innovation and scalability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
