Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of yacht experience and necessary certifications, excelling in team leadership and customer service. This role can be permanent or seasonal with a Med summer itinerary, offering ample leave and a chance to provide outstanding guest experiences.

Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a New 40m+ private yacht

Requirements :

• 3+ years previous experience on yachts
• STCW, ENG1, F&HL2

The ideal candidate is an organised, and efficient team leader, able to manage the interior department, to ensure excellent service and atmosphere onboard for guests.

Salary : EUR 6000-6500+ DOE

Leave : 60 days

Possibility to be a permanent or seasonal role

Vessel itinerary : single season vessel- Med summer cruising
