Your mission

We're looking for an enthusiastic Chief Revenue Officer

to join our team, take full responsibility for all revenue-generating and customer-engagement activities, as well as manage the entire Sales and Marketing departments.

You will report to the CEO and will be in charge of:

  1. Driving consistent value in revenue-generating and customer-engagement activities (e.g., customer acquisition; sales and marketing strategies including pricing and packaging; sales strategy; and customer success strategy);
  2. Developing, implementing, and overseeing sales, marketing, and customer success strategies and campaigns;
  3. Collaborating with other departments (such as Software Development, Product, and Finance) to align strategies with overall company goals;
  4. Owning all of the company’s commercial performance reporting tools;
  5. Leading and mentoring the Sales and Marketing teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to achieve objectives and deliver campaigns on time and within budget;
  6. Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team by using data analytics and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and support informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years in Sales, with a minimum of 5 years as a Chief Revenue Officer, Commercial Director, or similar role with a proven success record;
  • High proficiency in English;
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot);
  • Previous experience scaling a SaaS company to €40M revenue;
  • Deep understanding of KPIs and dynamics such as ROAS, onboarded customers volume, market share vs investment per geography, ARR vs Sales & Marketing spend, ARR growth rate, net revenue retention rate, NPS;
  • Experience managing multiple small sales and marketing teams empathetically and collaboratively;
  • Willingness to embrace scaling complexities, participate in operational tasks as needed, and support AccessiWay’s growth enthusiastically.

Location

This position is based in Turin, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will work onsite at our headquarters 2 days a week, with the remaining days remote, offering flexibility and collaboration with our team.
