We are looking for a special person to fill a non-traditional Chief of Staff role. In this full-time position based in Milan, you will support J.J. Martin in her multifaceted roles as Founder, Co-CEO, Chief Creative Officer (CCO), and Chief Spiritual Officer. This role is for someone who thrives in navigating both creative and operational spheres : possessing emotional intelligence, intuition, and a passion for creativity, while also being proactive in process, organization, and operations. You will manage all tasks within the CCO's office, where speed, efficiency, and problem-solving are highly valued. This is a high-impact role, assisting JJ with daily strategy, executing her vision, supporting her creative and business teams, and expanding the brand's 360-degree influence. KEY ATTRIBUTES :

• Right Brain : Emotionally and intuitively intelligent, sensitive to group dynamics and team motivation, with a kind yet firm communication style. An understanding and appreciation of the Fashion & Design worlds. Spiritual energy practices are a plus.
• Left Brain : Highly organized, capable of building structure and efficiency, analytical, and calm under pressure.
• Strategic Thinker : Able to simplify complex situations and solve problems effectively.
• Super Organized : Lover of systems and processes, managing calendars, completing checklists, and creating operational excellence around goals.
• Strong Communicator : Confident in speaking up and participating in conversations, with clear and easy communication skills in English; Italian is a plus.

MAINDUTIES :

• Business and Creative Meetings : Strategize meeting agendas, create materials, clarify next steps, and assist the CCO with follow-up actions.
• Holder of the Master Calendar : Liaise with senior management, including the Co-CEO and JJ’s PA, to ensure alignment, efficiency, and strategic planning, handling schedule changes with flexibility.
• Special Projects : Serve as project manager for special initiatives, acting as liaison between the CCO and senior management, and strategizing processes for temporary teams.
• Teams : Act as co-captain and motivator for teams overseen by the CCO, maintaining awareness of team needs and building efficiencies.
• Ambassador : Represent the CCO when traveling or out of office, embodying the brand values of Raise Your Vibration.
• First-Line Communication : Facilitate inquiries and follow-ups regarding business opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships.
• Deadline Management : Maintain checklists and to-do lists, helping to break down work into manageable tasks with deadlines and priorities.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED :

10-15 years of previous experience demonstrating effective management of people and tasks, building structure, and balancing multiple projects with clarity and calmness under pressure. Proven ability to wear many hats, communicate clearly, and stay organized.
