About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Chief of Staff to work closely with Cozymeal’s CEO. This role involves taking on responsibilities from the CEO and eventually managing one or more departments. It offers growth potential into roles such as Director of Operations, VP of Operations, and COO. The position will directly impact company productivity and growth by streamlining initiatives and overseeing operations.

A Day in the Life of a Chief of Staff at Cozymeal

• Oversee strategic initiatives from development to execution under senior leadership guidance
• Design and improve organizational processes; identify and address knowledge and skills gaps
• Refine existing KPIs and define new ones to track demand, supply, and operational success
• Collaborate with partner recruiting leads to focus on target markets, hiring, and onboarding efficiency
• Work with partner onboarding and operations teams to maximize partner success
• Coordinate with customer support and sales teams to meet key metrics
• Lead implementation of features to optimize and scale operations
• Partner with executives to determine and prioritize strategies
• Identify high-impact customer acquisition projects with strong ROI

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, mathematics, sciences, engineering, or related fields
• MBA or graduate degree is a plus
• 4+ years management consulting experience
• Strong leadership with hands-on approach
• Ability to scale business through systems, processes, and team development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and fast learner
• Strong data analysis skills
• Culinary experience is a plus but not required
