For our client, a multinational leader in FMCG, we are participating in the strengthening of Chief of Staff structure, with the search for a Business Development Manager. Reporting directly to the Managing Director Italy, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and supporting strategic initiatives within the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
3. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Support the Managing Director in strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in business development, preferably in the FMCG sector.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
