For our important client, a leader in the Luxury sector, we are looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive business growth through innovative marketing, strategic relationship building, and impactful outreach. The CMO will play a vital role in the company’s expansion, overseeing the overall marketing strategy and cultivating the public image to gain market share and inspire customer confidence.

The role demands leadership over a team of marketing professionals and collaboration to select the most profitable marketing channels, curate compelling brand stories, and analyze revenue sources to maximize marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and implement a comprehensive global marketing plan aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning and business objectives.
  2. Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that directly impact revenue growth, market share, and customer lifetime value across all geographies.
  3. Design and lead global brand strategy, ensuring consistency of voice, visual identity, and brand values across all touchpoints and markets.
  4. Oversee the development and execution of E-commerce strategies, in collaboration with IT and external digital partners.
  5. Lead all digital marketing efforts including Inbound / Outbound, SEO, CRM, Retargeting, Social Media, Newsletters, and Content Marketing.
  6. Monitor marketing ROI, costs, and performance analytics, including traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  7. Supervise brand content creation for marketing campaigns (home page, banners, landing pages, special galleries, newsletter graphics).
  8. Develop and monitor CRM strategies, customer profiling, and personalized clienteling programs supported by AI and data insights.
  9. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor positioning to inform brand strategy and identify business opportunities.
  10. Guide media planning and public relations strategies to ensure premium visibility and reinforce the company’s reputation.
  11. Champion internal corporate communication and employer branding initiatives to align teams with company values and culture.
  12. Set and manage the annual marketing budget, defining objectives, tools, and KPIs.
  13. Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, supporting the development and upskilling of internal talent.
  14. Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, IT) to ensure alignment and timely execution of marketing projects.
  15. Participate actively in executive and strategic planning meetings, acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board.
  16. Represent the company at industry events and establish strong relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
  17. Drive luxury brand storytelling through curated, high-impact content and experiences that reflect the brand’s heritage and values.
  18. Establish and track brand equity KPIs to measure awareness, perception, advocacy, and customer sentiment.
  19. Promote sustainability communication and corporate social responsibility storytelling as strategic levers for brand trust and stakeholder engagement.
  20. Ensure excellence in influencer, KOL, and celebrity partnerships, selecting collaborations aligned with brand DNA and long-term value creation.
  21. Serve as brand guardian, ensuring every customer-facing initiative is aligned with the brand promise and strengthens brand equity.
  22. Advise the CEO and Board on emerging marketing trends and innovation opportunities that could transform the business or consumer relationships.
  23. Support the CEO and C-Level peers in M&A or market entry strategies by providing brand and customer impact analysis.
  24. Launch and scale VIP customer programs, loyalty initiatives, and high-touch experiences aimed at building long-term emotional engagement.
  25. Define global media strategy (traditional and digital), optimizing media mix and investments for brand positioning and ROI.
  26. Maintain strong relationships with media organizations and seek opportunities to speak as an industry expert.
  27. Guarantee correct and effective internal communication to strengthen corporate culture and employee engagement.
  28. Participate in cross-functional projects and workgroups with the management team.

  • Hands-on experience with E-commerce, CRM, and omnichannel marketing ecosystems.
  • Availability for international travel and global coordination responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., French, Italian, Mandarin) is a plus.
