The role

As CMO, you will challenge yourself to lead and execute Archiproducts’ global marketing strategy, working with a talented team to push our brand to new heights. You will lead efforts across digital marketing, brand strategy, and community engagement, ensuring our presence resonates with architects, designers, and professionals worldwide. This role demands a strategic mindset, blending creativity with data to drive results and achieve growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Global Marketing Leadership : Develop and lead an innovative marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and expand our influence across international markets.
  • Digital Mastery : Spearhead digital marketing initiatives with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content creation, and paid media.
  • Brand Evolution : Strengthen the Archiproducts brand by aligning with industry trends and ensuring our platform remains a top resource for the design community.
  • Leadership & Team Development : Inspire and guide a high-

performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration in

every project.

  • Data-Driven Strategy : Leverage data and analytics to optimize campaigns, track performance, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Industry Engagement : Build and nurture strategic partnerships within

the architecture and design industry to enhance our brand’s influence.

  • Content Strategy : Lead content marketing efforts that deliver value to

both professionals and consumers, maintaining a balance between

inspiration and actionable insights.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration : Ensure seamless coordination

between product development and marketing to meet market needs and deliver impactful campaigns.

  • Event Leadership : Manage our presence at key global events, ensuring Archiproducts continues to be recognized as an industry leader.

Who we’re looking for

  • A seasoned marketing leader with proven expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and growth initiatives.
  • Mastery of SEO, SEM, and data-driven marketing, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • A passion for architecture and design, with the ability to speak the language of architects, designers, and industry professionals.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
  • A strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, using KPIs and data to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication skills in both Italian and English, with an ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • A solid network within the architecture, design, or creative industries is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
