About Foodu
- Foodu is the first participatory food e-commerce platform in Italy. It has revolutionized the assortment process: consumers propose and approve products through domestic tests, rather than the purchasing office deciding what to stock.
- Thanks to crowdfunding on Mamacrowd, mainly from its community, Foodu aims to grow its community and revenues. We are seeking an experienced digital marketer to lead marketing efforts alongside the founders.

What Qualifies You
- At least 2 years of experience in growth hacking and marketing for e-commerce
- Experience in leveraging digital community dynamics
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team with over 2 years of management experience
- Experience managing budgets and achieving monthly goals related to spend, CAC, and retention
- Ability to work on both analytical and creative aspects of marketing, developing organic growth tactics, and using data to optimize channels
- Familiarity with terms like CLTV, CAC, CTR, churn, and creating models to improve these metrics
