About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to oversee our company's IT infrastructure and implement new systems, technologies, and internal policies.

This is a key position in driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the security and integrity of our digital assets.

The successful candidate will lead a team of 6–7 professionals and be responsible for coordinating all activities within the IT department, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and priority management.

Key responsibilities include leading the development, optimization, and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure, monitoring system performance to assess productivity and upgrade needs, overseeing network and enterprise data security, and developing advanced cybersecurity strategies.

Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing SAP systems and IT infrastructures
• Proven knowledge of project management methodologies
• Strong technical expertise in programming, network / server administration, and IT security
• Previous experience in multinational manufacturing companies is highly valued
• Fluent English (advanced level, both spoken and written)
