The candidate will be responsible for supervising, organizing, and coordinating the administrative, accounting, and financial services of FMTS GROUP.
Additionally, they will ensure that the accounting of economic, patrimonial, and financial transactions complies with current regulations and oversee the preparation of the financial statements. They will analyze variances between planned and actual results, identifying causes and factors. The role includes coordinating M&A operations and extraordinary administration activities.
The function will cover activities for both Italian companies and foreign subsidiaries.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating resources involved in administrative, financial, and management control activities.
Having an MBA qualification is considered a plus.
