A Private Equity backed company in Italy is seeking a CFO to lead their finance team and execute a robust M&A strategy for international expansion. Ideal candidates must have a solid background with Private Equity investors and a proven track record in M&A integrations, as well as strong internal controls. Fluency in Italian and local residency is essential for this critical role.

Competenze

• Proven background in Private Equity, Big 4, Consulting or Investment Banking.
• Experience in successful M&A and integrations.
• Fluent Italian speaker based in Italy.

Camino Search is excited to be working with a Private Equity backed company in Italy in their search for a new CFO.

The business has grown quickly, and is looking to build a strong finance team, and execute an M&A strategy to grow internationally!

I'm keen to speak to candidates with the following;

• Experience working with Private Equity Investors
• Big 4/ Consulting/ Investment Banking background
• Track record of executing successful M&A and integrations
• Process-orientated CFO who can build strong internal controls
• Based in Italy, and Italian speaking is essential
