ur client, a market leader in its sector, operates in a global, complex, and structured environment. The company is present with its brand in more than 10 European countries and is part of an internationally renowned group.

CFO is primarily responsible for supporting Country Manager in defining and managing the financial strategy of the market, according to HQ guidelines. He / She is in charge of the economic / financial planning, control and reporting system, accounting and general ledger, treasury operations, supporting the business leaders in the optimization of economic / financial resources.

• Manage the Annual Budget and the Business Plan, supporting the country manager and the Business in accordance with the directions of the CEO & Group CFO;
• Ensure the financial-economic control for the market;
• Produce the annual statutory financial statements of the Company;
• Guarantee the activities regarding the planning, control, accounting, assets and liabilities management;
• Ensure the informative and reporting flows towards the competent functions of the shareholders;
• Guarantee the suitability of the administrative procedures, promote actions of reengineering in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the global system;
• Guarantee content and timing of the communication towards the authorities;
• Ensure the availability of the financial resources for the business guaranteeing the adequate protection against the financial risks and the coherence with the funding policies of the Company;

Guarantee the compliance and the tax optimization for the Company;

Our ideal candidate has an excellent academic background and has gained at least 10 years of experience in similar roles within complex groups operating in the financial services sector, the automotive sector, or similar industries. The search is urgent and is based in Rome.
