Job summary

TELUS Digital AI is seeking contributors to review chemistry content produced by AI. Remote, independent contractor role. You will verify formulas, assess safety guidance, and help organize lab data for pattern discovery.

You will translate complex chemistry topics into plain language for students and non-experts, ensuring high precision. A bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field and native-language proficiency are required, with basic English for project instructions.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Check Formulas: Look at chemical equations or molecular structures written by the AI and make sure they are scientifically accurate.
• Safety Review: Check if the AI is giving correct advice on how to handle chemicals or what happens when two substances are mixed.
• Lab Data Cleanup: Help the AI organize data from chemistry experiments so it can find patterns in how different materials behave.
• Simplify Science: Take complex chemical concepts and help the AI explain them in simple terms for students or non-experts.

Qualification path

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biochemistry
• Native Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language. We need you to know how chemistry is taught and discussed in your home country.
• English Proficiency: Basic (B1) English to understand the project instructions.
• Accuracy: You understand that in chemistry, a single wrong letter or number in a formula changes everything.

Assessment:

In order to be hired into our community, you'll go through a subject-specific qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification.

Payment:

Currently, pay rates for experts range from $20 - $50 USD per hour
