Job Description:

As a member of the laboratory team in Rome, they will report directly to the local manager.

Main tasks:

  1. In compliance with the safety and general standards of quality of the laboratory, he/she will ensure the performance of tests and the verification of tests.
  2. He/She will be responsible for checking the conformity of the samples received and reporting any anomalies (non-compliance) to the Laboratory Manager.
  3. Identify and record the samples. Assign parameters/tests to be performed according to the information received from the Laboratory Manager.
  4. Analyze, handle, and store samples in accordance with procedures, which vary depending on the type of sample and customer.
  5. Follow calibration, verification, and maintenance of the equipment, providing evidence through laboratory software and updates for each instrument.
  6. Manage the reagent warehouse as required in quality procedures.
  7. Responsible for implementing the requirements of the Quality Plan and the Integrated Management System, as well as developing test procedures until validation of the method.
