A leading firm in safety management is seeking a Health & Safety Manager in Fidenza, Italy. The successful candidate will oversee SHEQ compliance and system implementations. You should have at least 4 years of relevant experience and a degree in Chemistry or Engineering. Key responsibilities include managing safety systems, providing training, and liaising with regulators. Ideal candidates will also have strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex safety challenges effectively.

Competenze

  • 4 years’ experience in health and safety roles, preferably in chemical, oil, gas, or waste industries.
  • Familiar with Safety, Health and Environmental legislation and standards.
  • Skilled at providing SHEQ advice in complex situations.

Mansioni

  • Lead implementation of SHEQ processes and tools.
  • Control daily SHEQ processes, especially in engineering.
  • Liaise with auditors and regulators for compliance.
  • Provide in-house SHE training to operators.
  • Assist in risk assessments and provide SHEQ advice.

Conoscenze

Science degree in Chemistry or Engineering
4 years’ experience as Health and Safety technician / manager
Knowledge on Solvent Management and Recycling
Knowledge in Environmental Management Services
Process Safety knowledge
Occupational Health & Safety awareness
Self-Motivation
Communication skills
Ability to apply safety and technical knowledge
Advanced English
