Competenze

• Extensive experience as a chef with leadership in hotels or restaurants.
• Good knowledge of Italian; English as a plus.
• Sales experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Execution of unit introductions, Academy meetings, and show cooking.
• Provide application and culinary support to Sales team and Dealers.
• Act as a consultant for the Service department.

Responsibilities

• Execution of unit introductions, Academy meetings, and show cooking.
• Support in planning and participating in exhibitions.
• Provide application and culinary support to the Sales team, Dealers, or end customers locally in collaboration with the Corporate Chef team.
• Act as a consultant for the Service department on application questions from end customers.
• Manage ChefLine.
• Support for ConnectedCooking applications and review recipes.

Practical Experiences / Skills

• Extensive experience as a chef in a well-established hotel or restaurant with leadership experience.
• Excellent food and kitchen knowledge.
• Experience working at exhibitions is preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Italian; English is a plus.
