Tasks
  • Execution of unit introductions, Academy meetings, and show cooking
  • Support in planning and participation in exhibitions
  • Application and culinary support to Sales team, Dealers, or end customers on a local level in collaboration with the Corporate Chef team
  • Consultant for Service department on application questions from end customers
  • Management of ChefLine
  • Application support for ConnectedCooking and review of recipes
Practical Experiences/Skills
  • Extensive experience as a chef in a well-established hotel or restaurant with leadership experience
  • Previous experience in using RATIONAL units
  • Excellent food and kitchen knowledge
  • Experience working at exhibitions is preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Italian; English is a plus
