Position Description
Mangia's is seeking, for the summer season 2025, a Commis di Cucina to join our beautiful renovated property, Mangia's Sardinia Resort (Northern Sardinia).
The Commis di Cucina is the professional who typically supports the chef de partie in preparing dishes and, under their guidance, handles basic preparations: washing and chopping ingredients, marinating, infusing, drying, preparing meats, fish, and vegetables, and seasoning foods.
