Berghoferin is seeking a talented and passionate professional with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver sophisticated, guest-oriented service. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Providing exemplary service and embodying our ethos of highly individual, discreet, and engaging service to all guests.
2. Ensuring smooth, efficient, and service-focused operations, delivering an exceptional dining experience.
3. Welcoming guests, escorting them to their tables, and bidding farewell after their meal.
4. Communicating menu and beverage details with clarity and confidence.
5. Leading the service team by example.
6. Motivating and developing F&B staff to achieve high service standards.
7. Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in all F&B areas.
8. Ensuring staff personal presentation and grooming.
9. Managing daily operations accurately and efficiently.
10. Communicating with owners regarding business performance.
