The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting for a Chef de Rang. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Chef de Rang will be part of a team of high-level professionals with a strong passion for F&B.
This is a seasonal, full-time contract role (40-hour working week). It offers an opportunity to work in a place of exceptional art and elegance, where history and culture meet Venetian style. The Gritti is renowned for impassioned service, a delectable culinary experience, and an intimate wellness haven. It is a reference point for the world's elite at international events such as the Biennale, Carnival, and the Venice Film Festival.
You will know the finest details of our menu and share your expertise with guests. Your warm greeting, flawless table settings, and friendly demeanor will create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform. Safety training and certification will be required prior to employment.
