Chef de Rang / Cameriere - Ristorante Torre, Fondazione Prada, Varese
Varese, Italy
Marchesi 1824 marks Prada Group's entry into the Food and Beverage world; the Marchesi pastry shops, synonymous with Milanese tradition and history, complement Caffè Principe in Forte dei Marmi, Bar Luce, and Ristorante Torre.
In particular, Ristorante Torre is a place where art, design, and dining come together with a deep sense of family. It is a reassuring, sincere, genuine gastronomic destination. Our commitment to ethical, environmentally respectful products guides us in sharing our passion with guests through an informal, charismatic, and familial approach, always offering seasonal excellence.
The furnishings, designed by Eero Saarinen, are complemented by original elements from the Four Seasons Restaurant in New York, designed by Philip Johnson. The space features three large ceramic sculptures by Lucio Fontana from the 1940s and a selection of more recent works by artists such as Thomas Demand, Jeff Koons, Goshka Macuga, and John Wesley.
