Marchesi 1824 marks the entry of the Prada Group into the Food and Beverage world; the Marchesi pastry shops, synonymous with Milanese tradition and history, complement Caffè Principe in Forte dei Marmi, Bar Luce, and Ristorante Torre.
In particular, Ristorante Torre is a place where art, design, and dining converge with a deep sense of family. It is a reassuring, sincere, straightforward, and genuine gastronomic destination. Our focus on ethically sourced, environmentally respectful products guides us in conveying passion to our guests through an informal, charismatic, and familial approach, always offering the best of seasonal ingredients.
The interiors, designed by Eero Saarinen, are complemented by original elements from the Four Seasons Restaurant in New York, designed by Philip Johnson. The space features three large ceramic sculptures by Lucio Fontana from the 1940s and a selection of more recent works by artists such as Thomas Demand, Jeff Koons, Goshka Macuga, and John Wesley.
The selected candidate will be responsible for customer service at Ristorante Torre.
It will be essential to create an elegant and convivial atmosphere, respecting the standards of Ristorante Torre and the Prada Group.
Additional qualities include the ability to establish empathetic relationships with clients, passion and interest in the food sector, excellent communication and relational skills, a natural customer orientation, attention to detail, the ability to manage dynamic and complex situations professionally and courteously, good organizational and time management skills for handling reservations and customer flow, flexibility in working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and willingness to participate in events and special initiatives.
