Job Title: Chef de Partie in Luxury Wellness & Hospitality Structure - Grosseto Province

Company: Grafton Horeca, a specialized team of Gi Group Spa

Location: Grosseto Province

Sector: Hotellerie, Ristorazione, Catering

Job Description:

• Prepare high-level menus in collaboration with the kitchen staff
• Optimize processes focusing on speed and quality
• Maintain hygiene standards and apply HACCP regulations
• Foster a cooperative and friendly kitchen environment and coordinate with junior staff

Requirements:

• Experience in structured culinary environments
• Knowledge of regional recipes or gourmet cuisine
• Orientation towards stability and internal growth
• Teamwork spirit
• Knowledge of Tuscan territory and local ingredients (preferred)

Contract Offer:

• 6 or 12 months fixed-term contract with potential for permanent employment
• Salary range €30,000 - €34,000, 14 monthly payments

Work Schedule: 5 days a week, with shifts and double services
