We are seeking passionate culinary professionals for a prestigious luxury hospitality establishment. Join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional gastronomic experiences in a refined environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-level menus in collaboration with the kitchen team
• Optimize processes focusing on speed and quality
• Follow hygiene standards and HACCP regulations
• Maintain a cooperative and friendly kitchen atmosphere and coordinate with junior staff

Requirements:

• Concrete experience in structured restaurant environments
• Ability to work with regional recipes or gourmet cuisine
• Commitment to stability and internal growth
• Team spirit and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of the Tuscan territory and local ingredients (preferred)

Contract Offer:

• 6 or 12 months fixed-term contract with potential for permanent employment
• Salary range: €30,000 - €34,000, 14 monthly payments
• Growth opportunities within an expanding group
• Vitto e Alloggio (Meal and Accommodation)

Work Schedule:

5 days a week, alternating shifts including single and double services
