Job Description:

What will be your mission?

As a Chef de Partie, you will oversee a section of the kitchen and support the Executive and Sous Chef in the hotel´s kitchen. You will ensure high standards and consistent quality in daily preparation, stay updated with new products and recipes, and monitor food costs.

What will you do?

  • Plan, schedule, and organize work to ensure proper coverage by the kitchen staff.
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Support and supervise assigned cooks in food handling and preparation.
  • Supervise the quality, presentation, and quantity of food prepared.
  • Oversee proper storage of products and inventory control.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations (HACCP) and customer service guidelines.
  • Establish operational guidelines in collaboration with supervisors.

What are we looking for?

  • 2-3 years of practical experience as a Cook, preferably in a hotel of similar size.
  • Vocational training in hospitality/F&B/kitchen.
  • Fluency in the local language; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office, POS, etc.).
  • Organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service orientation.
