Volkswagen Group is seeking a seasoned Requirements & Architecture Management Chassis expert to lead system requirements and architecture for the chassis at the Sant’Agata Bolognese HQ. You will drive lifecycle activities, derive system specs, and ensure seamless integration with other domains.

The role demands leadership, strong MBSE skills, and a track record in automotive systems engineering. Expect a hybrid approach with European facilities and impactful project milestones.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in requirements analysis, functional development, systems engineering, and risk management in automotive.
• Fluent English; German will be considered a plus.
• Leadership, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.

Mansioni

• Define, derive and manage Chassis System requirements across lifecycle ensuring traceability and compliance.
• Develop functional, logical and physical chassis architecture translating vehicle needs into specifications.
• Manage interfaces with other vehicle domains and support system integration activities.
• Drive architecture evaluations and technical decisions to optimize performance and cost.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Systems Engineering, Architecture, Integration and Validation.
