Position Overview

The Charter & Fleet Operations Manager is a unique, hybrid role blending proactive charter sales with day-to-day flight operations and fleet coordination.

You’ll sell charter trips on our in-house Phenom fleet and broker additional trips worldwide — while ensuring every flight runs smoothly, safely, and seamlessly for our clients.

We are specifically looking for someone with experience in the aviation field (charter sales, dispatch, FBO operations, or flight coordination) who can step in confidently and bring valuable industry insight to our small, growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, thrives under pressure, and is excited to wear multiple hats in a boutique environment.

What You'll Do

Charter Sales & Client Service

• Sell charter flights on our Phenom fleet and broker additional trips to meet diverse client needs.
• Respond promptly to charter inquiries, prepare competitive quotes, and manage trips from booking to completion.
• Use industry software tools including Avinode and JetInsight to source aircraft, build itineraries, and ensure accurate quoting.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, brokers, operators, and vendors.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service before, during, and after flights.
• Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Fleet Operations & Scheduling

Coordinate and optimize scheduling of the fleet, balancing owner flights and charter demand.

Monitor trip progress, weather, and operational factors to make timely, informed decisions.

Liaise with pilots, maintenance teams, FBOs, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Manage flight logistics : fuel arrangements, catering, ground transportation, and more.

Maintain comprehensive flight documentation and ensure compliance with FAA regulations (including pilot duty and rest requirements).

Additional Responsibilities

Support occasional sales and marketing initiatives (CRM updates, data entry, reports).

Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and support department growth.

Stay current on market trends, aircraft capabilities, and industry best practices.
