Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Channel Marketing Manager to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will lead channel marketing campaigns, manage agency collaboration, and drive adoption of key partner programs across the region. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media initiatives, managing promotions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting channel partners with tools, resources, and events to help accelerate their success.

This role is cover for maternity leave for approximately 2 years. We are looking for a colleague in Bucharest, Milano or Madrid.

Responsibilities
  • Lead EMEA channel campaigns and manage related agencies
  • Act as the EMEA Channel Social Media Campaign Lead
  • Drive channel partner program adoption and communicate available programs, tools, and resources (e.g., L360 Engage, LEAP, Elevate, Boost, Circle, Success, and partner pathways)
  • Manage channel promotions, including LEAP, Elevate, Starseller, and ISG promotions
  • Set up mailings, develop content, and oversee related agency management
  • Serve as focal point for IDG and ISG new campaigns
  • Act as bridge with ISG Marketing team and interface with SSG, OEM, and Profit Pools teams for L360 initiatives
  • Support various worldwide tool developments as EMEA focal point
  • Organize and manage events, including partner communication and engagement
  • Provide support for channel marketing with Authorized Partners
Requirements
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within an international company, preferably in the IT / technology / computer industry
  • Strong experience in channel marketing, partner communication, and social media campaign management
  • Proven ability to work with alliances and drive adoption of partner programs
  • Experience managing promotions, content creation, and working with external agencies
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across EMEA
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work across cross-functional and international teams
