We are recruiting a Legal Counsel Channel to join our Global Legal Team and support our Italy operations.

How you will contribute:

You will deliver legal, regulatory, and compliance services, acting as a strategic business partner for our Channel (indirect) Business. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing contracts and terms, supporting negotiations
• Developing templates
• Handling claims and overseeing litigations
• Ensuring compliance with laws and policies
• Providing training and managing compliance programs
• Monitoring regulatory changes
• Other legal support as needed

Your profile:

We seek a candidate comfortable in a digital, socially responsible, and sustainable environment, with proven in-house legal experience, preferably in sectors like Hi-tech, Energy, Construction, or Renewables. You should be proactive, collaborative, and able to analyze complex issues to deliver legal solutions.

Requirements include:

• A qualified lawyer with a Master of Laws or equivalent, with at least four years' PQE in commercial law (focusing on indirect/channel/reseller businesses)
• Fluent in English, with strong technological skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage large workloads
