We are recruiting a Legal Counsel Channel to join our Global Legal Team, responsible for providing legal and compliance support to our Italy operations.

How you will contribute :

You will deliver legal, regulatory, and compliance services, acting as a strategic business partner. Your focus will be on our Channel (indirect) Business, handling a variety of commercial and compliance matters. Your responsibilities include:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and terms, supporting negotiations
• Creating templates
• Handling claims and overseeing litigations
• Ensuring compliance with laws and policies
• Providing training and managing compliance programs
• Monitoring regulatory changes and implementing requirements
• Providing additional legal support as needed

Your profile

Ideal candidates are comfortable working digitally, passionate about social justice and sustainability, and have experience in an in-house legal environment. You should proactively collaborate with stakeholders, analyze critical issues, and deliver legal solutions.

You should possess excellent legal and communication skills, and be:

• A qualified lawyer with a Master of Laws or equivalent, with at least four years of PQE in commercial law, especially in indirect/channel/reseller sectors, preferably in tech, energy, construction, or renewables
• Fluent in English, with strong tech skills
• Confident, interpersonal, commercially minded, organized, and team-oriented
• Capable of working independently and managing large workloads
