A leading company in energy management and automation is seeking a Legal Counsel Channel to support its operations in Italy. This role involves a variety of legal responsibilities, including drafting contracts and ensuring compliance, aimed at enhancing the indirect business's efficiency. Candidates should possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with experience in commercial law and a passion for sustainability.

Competenze

• Qualified lawyer with at least four years' PQE in commercial law.
• Experience in indirect/channel/reseller business, ideally in high-tech, energy, construction, or renewables sectors.
• Fluent in English.

We are recruiting a Legal Counsel Channel to join our Global Legal Team and support our Italy operations .

How you will contribute :

You will provide legal, regulatory, and compliance services , acting as a strategic partner for our Channel (indirect) Business . Your responsibilities include :

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting negotiations
• Preparing legal templates
• Handling claims and overseeing litigation
• Ensuring compliance with laws and policies
• Providing training and managing compliance programs
• Monitoring regulatory changes
• Other legal support as needed

Your profile :

We seek a candidate who is comfortable in a digital environment, passionate about social justice and sustainability, and experienced in an in-house legal role. You should be proactive, collaborative, and able to analyze complex issues to deliver practical legal solutions.

Requirements include :

• Qualified lawyer with a Master of Laws or equivalent, with at least four years' PQE in commercial law, focusing on indirect / channel / reseller business, ideally in high-tech, energy, construction, or renewables sectors
• Fluent in English with strong technological skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage large workloads
