We are recruiting a Legal Counsel Channel to join our Global Legal Team and be responsible for providing legal and compliance support to our Italy operations.

How you will contribute :

You will be responsible for delivering legal, regulatory, and compliance services. You will operate as a key business partner to provide strategic support and advice, working on a wide range of commercial and compliance matters with a focus on our Channel (indirect) Business. Your responsibilities include :

  • Preparing and reviewing contracts and terms and conditions, supporting negotiations
  • Preparing templates
  • Providing claims support and overseeing litigations
  • Helping to ensure compliance with applicable laws and Group policies
  • Providing training and facilitating our compliance programs
  • Monitoring and implementing regulatory requirements
  • Providing other local legal support as reasonably required by Legal Management.

Your profile

We are looking for someone comfortable with working in a digital environment, committed to social justice and sustainability. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in an in-house legal environment, preferably within sectors like Hi-tech, Oil & Energy, Construction, or Renewables & Environment. They should be proactive, able to work closely with business stakeholders, and apply legal expertise to deliver solutions.

You should have excellent legal and communication skills and be :

  • A qualified lawyer with a Master of Laws degree or equivalent and at least four years of relevant PQE in commercial law (with a focus on indirect/channel/reseller business)
  • Fluent in English with strong technological skills
  • Confident, interpersonal, commercially minded, highly organized, and effective in team settings
  • Able to work independently and manage large volumes of work
