Channel Account Manager (m / f / d) Enterprise - Italy - Home Office
- Identify potential key partners (System Integrators, Consulting firms, VARs).
- Facilitate business development with these partners, assisting them in developing a long-term successful strategy for achieving their business goals.
- Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline, and handle registration/escalation processes for your region.
- Align closely with Distribution Manager & Sales Teams to qualify new opportunities, position the best partners, build the best offers, and apply a unified approach with partners.
- Work with marketing to execute sales strategies and promote product enhancements and new features.
- Recruit new partners, develop business plans, customer mapping, and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales, certification, and technical enablement for partner teams.
- Promote TeamViewer Enterprise products & strategy through product demos, participation in marketing events, brand awareness, and co-marketing with partners in collaboration with the TeamViewer marketing team.

What you bring :
- Proven enterprise channel sales and account management experience in the IT industry for 5 years or more, including relationship building.
- Experience working with SI implementation teams or managing channel partners for a SaaS vendor.
- Business-level English skills and fluent Italian skills.
- Motivated to work with leading-edge technologies and apply them to drive business value for partners.
- Customer-focused with a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed partner expectations.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with different departmental teams.
