Channel Account Manager (m / f / d) Enterprise - Italy - Home Office

  • Identify potential key partners (System Integrators, Consulting firms, VARs)
  • Facilitate business development with these partners, assisting them in developing a long-term successful strategy for achieving their business goals
  • Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline and registration / escalation process for your region
  • Align closely with Distribution Manager & Sales Teams to qualify new opportunities, position the best partner, and help build the best offer
  • Work with marketing to execute sales strategies and promote product enhancements and new features
  • Recruit new partners, build business plans, customer mapping, and set objectives
  • Develop and implement sales, certification, and technical enablement for partner teams
  • Promote TeamViewer Enterprise products & strategy through demos, marketing events, brand awareness, and co-marketing activities with partners

  • Proven enterprise channel sales and account management experience in the IT industry for 5+ years
  • Experience working with SI implementation teams or managing channel partners for a SaaS vendor
  • Business-level English and fluent Italian skills
