Channel Account Manager (m / f / d) Enterprise - Italy - Home Office

  • Identify potential key partners (System Integrators, Consulting firms, VARs).
  • Facilitate business development with these partners, assisting them in developing a long-term successful strategy for achieving their business goals.
  • Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline, and oversee registration/escalation processes for your region.
  • Align closely with Distribution Manager & Sales Teams to qualify new opportunities, position the best partners, and build the best offers by applying a unified approach with partners.
  • Work with marketing to execute sales strategies and promote product enhancements and new features.
  • Recruit new partners, build business plans, conduct customer mapping, and set objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales, certification, and technical enablement programs for partner teams.
  • Promote TeamViewer Enterprise products & strategy through product demos, participation in marketing events, and co-marketing collaborations with partners.

  • Proven enterprise channel sales and account management experience in the IT industry, including relationship building for 5 years or longer.
