Channel Account Manager (m / f / d) Enterprise - Italy - Home Office

  • Identify potential key partners (System Integrators, Consulting firms, VARs).
  • Facilitate business development with these partners, assisting them in developing a long-term successful strategy for achieving their business goals.
  • Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline, and oversee the registration/escalation process for your region.
  • Align closely with Distribution Manager & Sales Teams to qualify new opportunities, position the best partners, build the best offer, and apply a unified approach with partners.
  • Work with marketing to execute sales strategies and promote product enhancements and new features.
  • Recruit new partners, develop business plans, customer mapping, and set objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales, certification, and technical enablement programs for partner teams.
  • Promote TeamViewer Enterprise products & strategy through product demos, participation in marketing events, brand awareness initiatives, and co-marketing with partners in collaboration with the TeamViewer marketing team.

What you bring :

  • Proven enterprise channel sales and account management experience in the IT industry, including relationship building for 5 years or longer.
  • Experience working with SI implementation teams or managing channel partners for a SaaS vendor.
  • Business-level English skills and fluent Italian skills.
  • Motivated to work with leading-edge technologies and apply them to drive business value for partners.
  • Customer-focused with a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed partner expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with different departmental teams.
