Act as the bridge between Syneto and our channel / reseller partners in Italy, building trust, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring long-term collaboration.

What we need you to do
  1. Identify and approach new channel partners in Italy, qualifying opportunities in coordination with the VP of Sales
  2. Nurture relationships with existing partners and help them grow their business with Syneto solutions
  3. Understand partner and customer needs and support them throughout the sales cycle
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent execution of partner strategies
  5. Report regularly on account status and pipeline development
  6. Assist in the development of local partner programs, marketing initiatives, and events
  7. Represent Syneto at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across Italy
  8. Act as a key contributor to building our partner ecosystem in the region
What skills and experience you need
  • Previous experience in partner / channel sales, B2B account management, or IT distribution (ideally 2–4 years);
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills;
  • Fluency in Italian (mandatory); English is a plus;
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively;
  • Familiarity with the Italian IT market and partner ecosystem is a strong advantage;
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities;
  • Comfortable with travel within Italy and occasional travel to events abroad;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Business, or related field is preferred.
