Syneto S.p.A. cerca un Partner Account Manager in Italia per promuovere e gestire relazioni strategiche con i partner. Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza nelle vendite partner, capacità relazionali solide e un approccio autonomo. Competenze

  • Esperienza pregressa in vendite partner/channel o gestione account B2B (ideale 2–4 anni).
  • Familiarità con il mercato IT italiano e l'ecosistema dei partner è un vantaggio.
  • Fluenza in italiano (obbligatoria); l'inglese è un plus.

Act as the bridge between Syneto and our channel / reseller partners in Italy, building trust, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring long-term collaboration.

What we need you to do

  • Identify and approach new channel partners in Italy, qualifying opportunities in coordination with the VP of Sales
  • Nurture relationships with existing partners and help them grow their business with Syneto solutions
  • Understand partner and customer needs and support them throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent execution of partner strategies
  • Report regularly on account status and pipeline development
  • Assist in the development of local partner programs, marketing initiatives, and events
  • Represent Syneto at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across Italy
  • Act as a key contributor to building our partner ecosystem in the region

What skills and experience you need

  • Previous experience in partner / channel sales, B2B account management, or IT distribution (ideally 2–4 years);
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills;
  • Fluency in Italian (mandatory); English is a plus;
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively;
  • Familiarity with the Italian IT market and partner ecosystem is a strong advantage;
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities;
  • Comfortable with travel within Italy and occasional travel to events abroad;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Business, or related field is preferred.
