We are growing our team in Italy and are looking for a Channel Account Corporate Manager - Video Security & Access Control. In this role, you will be a primary contact for specific video solutions selling initiatives with Channel Partners in the Northern Italy territory, proactively managing relationships and deploying sales strategies to grow business and meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing relationships with Partners, educating them on our solutions, and tracking account activity
  • Assisting Channel Partners with orders and returns via our distribution network
  • Ensuring staff training for deploying our solutions
  • Supporting sales activities to grow the customer base and revenue
  • Supporting partner development and sales team collaboration
  • Discovering new projects and opportunities in the market
  • Tracking sales activities using software databases

Basic Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • 4+ years of experience in video security solutions sales, including transactional business
  • 3+ years of customer-interfacing experience
  • Experience in physical security solutions is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to discuss products and solutions
  • Ability to forecast revenue accurately
  • Proven sales achievement and relationship development
  • Effective time management and multi-priority handling skills
  • Experience in prospecting and funnel development
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Proficiency in software and ability to learn new tools
  • Willingness to travel (~50% of the time)
