Descrizione del lavoro

Location: Pavia, Italy

Role Description:

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the team managing application and infrastructure change processes through the implementation of DevOps practices, ensuring change orchestration policies are followed to maintain service stability and meet project timelines.

The role also involves promoting the evolution of Change processes to stay current with technological advancements.

The scope includes mainframe and departmental change contexts (on-premises and cloud).

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and optimize change management processes in accordance with ITIL best practices and internal procedures.
  2. Ensure proper implementation and updating of CI/CD pipelines.
  3. Collaborate with development and operations teams for continuous integration of changes respecting SLA commitments.
  4. Ensure compliance with security regulations and corporate standards.
  5. Manage change planning through CAB and ECAB meetings.
  6. Promote a structured and planned change culture.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in change management environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Serena Dimension, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
  • Skills in team management and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English.

Work Location: Parma or Milan
