Job Description

• Management of the administrative and financial department, including its organization, goal-setting, and process definition.
• Management of financial data, including the preparation and presentation of reports and assessment of the company's financial performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Supervision of operations and development across all financial sectors of the company.
• Monitoring events that may impact the company's financial status and planning new strategies if required.
• Management of financial flow planning in both the short and medium-to-long term for areas of responsibility.
• Administration of general accounting operations for bank reconciliation.
• Management of the Group's cash pooling activities.
• Monitoring and managing monthly and annual accounting closures within areas of responsibility and supporting Financial Planning activities within the Management Control department.
• Interaction with local and international financial institutions and external consultants.
• Timely and accurate management of the company's financial reporting.
• Interface with accounts payable and receivable for managing payments and collections.
• Support in potential mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures and in evaluating new investment opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Economics or Diploma in Accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting-related topics, including the financial statements and international reporting preparation methods.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to supervise activities within a team.
• Understanding of Budgeting, Reporting, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, and Financial Statements.
• Ability to analyze economic and financial data.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and aptitude for using advanced management software.
• Experience in developing short- and long-term budgeting and forecasting processes, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
• Experience in implementing IT infrastructures for Management Control and Administrative and Financial Management (Nice to Have)
