Position: Chief Finance Officer

We are seeking a CFO to join our team and lead our financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising and Investor Relations: Identify funding opportunities, develop strategies, and expand international investor networks.
• Pitching and Presentations: Prepare business cases and communicate company value to stakeholders.
• Networking: Build relationships with funds, entrepreneurs, and investors through conferences and meetings.
• Financial Planning: Create models, forecast growth, and define investment priorities.
• Strategic Financial and Operational Strategy: Manage M&A activities, optimize capital structure, and plan exit strategies.
• Risk Management: Implement controls, assess risks, and ensure scalability.
• Relations with Financial Institutions: Establish partnerships, negotiate terms, and manage cash flow.
• International Expansion: Lead market entry strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Employee Incentives: Develop stock options and communicate policies.
• Financial Leadership: Oversee finance teams, implement KPIs, and foster a financial culture.

Qualifications
